The traditional Bridal Garter
At modern weddings, the removing and tossing of the garter is now the privilege of the groom at the reception. He tosses the garter to the unmarried male guests at the wedding.
It is thought that catching the garter will bring you good luck and in, some cases, indicate that you will be married next.

I had my first appointment with Marie today, and what a lovely time I had. There was a nice big selection of dresses to chose from along with shoes and accessories. I can't rate this place highly enough. Marie is absolutely lovely and made me feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
